Body Building (Intermidiate Section):
Your Warm up schedule.
Now that you're working out for quite sometime and have full
know how about body building, So I think you should stick to the basics in warming up and
that is to jog a little before every work out. Warming up the particular muslce with light
weights on which you're going to work out is very very necessary. That's becuase lifting
medium or heavy weights could get difficult on a cold body.
What to do?
If you're into gaining too much size, then One muscle a day
could be a feasible for you, but I would definetely recommened 2 muscles a day. Working
out on Tricpes after Chest workout is really good. Thats because in most chest exercises a
lot of strain comes on the tricpes as well, so its better to get them to full workout
while its pumped up. So it doesn't need to be pumped up again if you're doing it on
another day. It'll get its rest as well. Wings & Biceps is a good combination. Always
remember to do the bigger or the major muscle first. Another Point I would like to
make clear over here is that make sure each muscle gets atleast 48 hours of rest from the
day of it's last workout. Otherwise it'll be over pumped and that can have a
reverse effect on your muscle development and could result in reduction of size.
Over Training
Dont Over Train yourself. Muscle rest is very necessary, as it
helps in gaining size. But if you're into light weights and want to reduce your size then
over training could be your thing.
