Your Warm up schedule.
You can warm-up according to your liking, thats because each
body builder has a different style of warming up. But I would recommed here a little
jogging with Streaching.
The Workouts
If you're doing size training, then I would repeat again what I
said in the intermidiate section and that is to workout with heavy weights. But in order
to do that there should be some good diet to support the weights. If the
diet is not there then its really tough to gain size. Thats because Diet makes 80%
of your whole workout and 20% is the exercising. Lifting heavy weights
with just the right diet will give you size with strength as well. For those of you who
wants to reduce size and mass or get their bodies into shape then they should do some
light weight intense training in order to cut all the body fat & get the muscles
prominent. This kind of training is usually done before a competition and is also known as
competition training. .
More Rest More Size
Yes its true if you'll rest more, you'll gain more size. For
those of you who are into gaining a lot of mass. I would recommened them to do 1 muscle
per day this way their muscle would get a full week's rest. But then again in order to
gain size the diet should be there. But I prefer a 48 hour rest for each and every muscle.
