Body Building (Beginner's Section):
Your Warm up schedule.
For all those guys you have just begin or are yet to begin I
would recommend to do with light weghts in their first month so as to make your body use
to the excersise schedule. Now what I mean here by warm up is that you guys should atleast
stick to light weights for about 2 to 3 months.
What to do?
In your early months try doing all the machine excersies like
pec decs, Front Wing Pullies, back wing pullies, Rowing, Cross pullies, Bicep & Tricep
Curls. Dont try to lift heavy weights in the beginning as it can prove to be dangerous.
Before working out make sure you're properly warmed up. Working out on a cold body would
yeild absolutely no result.
Make a Schedule
You're working out so you should know what you're doing. So its
good for your ownself if you make a schedule and follow that.
