How To Train? What To Train.
Well Hello Guys, Here I am and from now on this section of the
page is running. Now the question is how to train, well here I would provide Training
Schedules for Beginners (Who
have just began or are yet to begin) Intermidiates . (Who have been working out for quite
sometime and have the know how) & Experts (who are working out for a long time)
Diet Plays an Important role.
Diet plays a very important role as far as body building is
concerend, it takes 80% of diet and 20% of Training to make a body builder so which means
no diet no body.
Training should be fun & not a
burden.
Training should be done with interest if there is no interest
and one does it as a burden and tries to get rid of it soon then there would be no
results.
Intense Training is good but rest is necessary.
After every six day of intense training, one should take a
day's rest. it is good for body mass and helps in not only to gain size but also relaxes
teh muscles..

Symmetry
If the body's defination is good then the whole body looks good.

No Size No Body.
If there is no size then it's not a body
builder's physique. Size should be given more priority then cuts.
